"On Tuesday morning, Service called to schedule the appointment - and to our surprise, we were able to bring the car in on Wednesday! Upon arrival (and while still in the vehicle), I was met by a very nice woman who verified the appointment and found the gentleman who completed the check in. The installation took approximately 3-1/2 hours. During that time, I waited in a very comfortable waiting room." - Cruze2013
